Customer Use Conditions 

We maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all vehicles (including e-cigarettes. Vaping etc). 
 
We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger whom we consider is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behaviour is inappropriate or threatening. 
 
Cadbury Cars will not be held responsible or liable for any loss/damage to any personal belongings carried. 
Any damage caused by the client to the interior and/or exterior of a vehicle will be charged accordingly – this includes any work needed to get the car back on the road. 

Insurance 

Our vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. 

General Terms and Conditions 

We will always operate in accordance with road traffic laws, road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits. 
 
Our drivers will always select the best route, as indicated by GPS systems, unless otherwise instructed at the time of the booking. 
 
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control such as road works, accidents or adverse weather conditions. 
Occasionally we subcontract some of our work due to high demand. 
 
We reserve the right to change your vehicle if necessary. 
 
When you supply an email address it will be used for the purposes of the booking and confirmation. We will not share your email with any third party. 
 
We may seek your explicit permission to contact you via email in the future. 
 
Our data policies and procedures are GDPR compliant. 
 
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affect the client’s’ statutory rights. 
 
We may charge reasonable repair or cleaning charges plus £150 representing loss of earnings for the Driver in the event of spillages in or if any passenger vomits in or otherwise soils, contaminates or damages a vehicle. 

For Airport Collections 

We will endeavour to make your Airport Transfer, in our Chauffeur driven cars, as smooth as possible. All flights will be checked, using the latest flight tracking technology. However, we cannot be held responsible for flight delays, luggage collection or Immigration issues. A reasonable amount of time is allowed in our scheduling for these issues. We reserve the right to sub-contract any work we are unable to fulfil. Likewise, in extreme circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil our obligations or sub-contract, a full refund of monies paid for that part of the journey will be given. We will contact you via mobile phone or email of any changes to your booking if issues out of our control arise. 

Waiting Time 

The first 10 minutes of waiting time is automatically included in our charges. However, 60 minutes are included for collections from airports. Extra charges may apply if waiting time exceeds this. 

Alterations 

We allow for minor itinerary adjustments free of charge. We will use our discretion to determine the nature of any adjustments. Charges for non-minor changes will be notified accordingly. 

Payment and Cancellation 

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Full payment must be received seven days prior to the date of travel, or at the time of booking if booking less than seven days in advance. Wedding bookings must be settled two weeks prior to the wedding date. 
 
All card payments will be subject a 3% admin fee which will appear as Cadbury Cars on the client’s statement. 
 
Your booking may be subject to additional charges at cost, to cover waiting time, car park charges, toll fees or congestion charges. 
 
Any changes to the booking, including extra mileage, will be charged accordingly. 
 
Bookings on Bank Holidays, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day may carry an additional charge. (Specified at time of booking, where applicable). 
 
Cancellation within 48 hours of date of travel: Cadbury Cars will retain 50% of the monies paid. 
 
Cancellation within 24 hours of date of travel: Cadbury Cars will keep 100% of the monies paid. 
 
In the event of a passenger no-show, Cadbury Cars reserve the right to retain all monies paid. 

Wedding Car Bookings 

All prices are exclusive of VAT and wedding bookings must be settled in full two weeks prior to the day of travel/wedding date. Or at the time of booking if the booking is made less than seven days in advance of date of wedding. 
 
Cancellation of wedding car booking within 3 months of wedding date: Cadbury Cars reserve the right to retain in full the deposit paid. 
 
Cancellation of wedding car booking within two months of the wedding date: Cadbury Cars reserve to right to charge the customer the full hire amount. 
 
We reserve the right to change your vehicle if necessary (such as in the unlikely event of a breakdown).
